RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@min.clothing with your order details.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that don't meet this condition may be sent back to you instead of refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

We don't offer direct exchanges yet. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or piece you want.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@min.clothing with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
