When you check out, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfil your order. We don't collect or store your card or payment details — those are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay.

We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used.

Your order details are used to process payment, ship your order, and send you an order confirmation email. We don't use your information for anything beyond fulfilling and supporting your order, unless you've separately opted in to marketing (we don't currently send any).

We share the minimum necessary data with three service providers:

• Razorpay — processes your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
• Resend — sends your order confirmation email.
• PostHog — anonymized product analytics to help us improve the site.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits — this data never leaves your device unless you check out. We use analytics cookies to understand site usage; you can block these in your browser settings.

We retain order records as long as needed for legal, tax, and support purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction records.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the retention note above) by emailing support@min.clothing.
